Since then, her role has expanded to Group Chief of Staff. As a recognised expert in business change and transformation, Jody has additional responsibilities including Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Communications, Change and Portfolio Management
Joining VPS Group after a successful career at Chubb as Vice-President of IT Strategy and Transformation. Prior to working at Chubb, Jody worked at Aviva, defining, implementing and operating a sizable PMO and Portfolio Management function, leading the organisation through large transformational change. Following this, Jody took on a broader role as Chief of Staff to the Global CIO. In this role Jody delivered a significant digital and cultural transformation
